AUG. 27 – PROPOSAL DELIVERED

Presented a professional concept for MileSplit.us... offering a completely new revenue stream potential and means of reaching our kids.  No deal.

SEP. 10 – SEAN CONTACTS USATF

Having considered the matter, and determined that our sport cannot leverage the iPhone market ...
I began contacting USATF Staff & Directors.

SEP. 24 – OPEN LETTER TO COACHES

Our campaign for freeing our sports data begins.

OCT. 1 – OPEN LETTER TO USATF BOARD

I wrote our sports top leaders outlining my ideas, revealing the best solutions I can imagine.

OCT. 6 – USATF RESPONDS

OCT. 7 – FREE OUR SPORTS DATA !!!

After a summer of investigation, we compiled

one seriously long criminal report on ex’s fiancé...

Boo in danger. Go Pre on hold. Local courts notified. super huge thanks to family & friends.

JAN. 7, 2010 – Eye Surgery

Slowed me down a little.

FEB 5, 2010 - FELON PLEADS GUILTY

Sentenced to 4 years in Prison on each of 8 counts... supspended to 5 years of probation + restitution, with stipulation he not leave Jefferson County.

MARCH 11 - FAMILY COURT

Division 7 - 5th Floor, Room 504 - 2pm

MARCH 16 - Request sent to PRP High School, response was prompt and focused on Boo’s welfare.

Mr. Johnson deserves much respect.

MARCH 27 - Appeals Court refuses to clear my name of last summer’s falsely accused DVO. Thanks!

This ruling says any innocent person is screwed ... whenever somebody upstairs misplaces a file or worse, as history recalls happened with Brittney’s application to Manual High School ... yea, i’m sick of carpet sweeping at the leadership levels.

MARCH 29 - PROTECTION GRANTED

Yet another example of why we need to encourage our kids to think for themselves ... lest fathers screw up innocently and mothers go nuts after they start dating convicted felons.

Never give up your custody rights !!! under any circumstances ever period, with or without an attorney. I did so ... I signed our divorce papers without reading or consulting an attorney, and given no previous reason to doubt her mother ... I trusted she would always have our daughters best interests at heart ... and I poorly understood how one word could have such incredible implications ... in both the legal AND real world.
